Govinder Kapoor CEng(I) FIMarE(I) PGDBM AASHRAE AIII CMA
Govinder is the Chairman of the Company. He is a qualified Marine Engineer with 10 years experience in the merchant marine, followed by 3 years in the hotel industry and over 34 years adjusting experience. He has a wide and diverse experience in most classes of business with special emphasis in engineering and project claims including Advance Loss of Profits. He has extensive experience in infrastructure claims, including refineries, thermal and hydro-electric power plants, associated power plant equipment and tunnelling. He also has wide exposure to liability claims. He conducts lectures and seminars on engineering and Advance Loss of Profits insurance.
Yogesh Gandhi BE (Mech) FIE FIV
Yogesh is the Managing Director of the Company and is a qualified Mechanical Engineer. He began his adjusting career in 1976, after working in the air-conditioning industry for a few years. He has extensive experience of fire and engineering claims including all varieties of engineering plants, such as petrochemical, thermal and hydro electric, chemical and fertilizer plants, including business interruption. He is also a valuation expert and has considerable exposure to liability claims. He conducts lectures on fire, engineering and business interruption claims at various fora.
Anil Dhingra BE BOE
Anil is the Deputy Managing Director and overseas operations in North, East and
central India from Delhi. A Mechanical Engineer by qualification, Anil has vast
experience in power plants and utilities, having spent 11 years in operation and
maintenance of thermal power plants. He is a professional Boiler Operations
Engineer. Anil began has adjusting career in 1989, and has been associated with
all disciplines of claims, specializing in large fire and project claims
including machinery breakdown. He also specializes in miscellaneous and
liability claims.
J. Rajan BE(Mech) AICWA PGDMM AIV MIE FIII
Rajan is a Director looking after operations in South and West India. He is a
rare combination of being a Mechanical Engineer and a Cost & Works Accountant.
He holds a Masters Degree in Materials Management. With over 23 years adjusting
experience, Rajan has handled over 5,000 claims in all classes, specializing in
large fire, engineering, liability and financial claims
Rakesh Shshikant Upadhyay B.E. (Mech.) MIE CE(India) FIV
Rakesh has over 30 years of industry experience, of which he has spent over 20
years as a professional loss adjuster in the insurance industry. During this
time, Rakesh has established himself as one of the most respectable and sought
after adjusters in the Western part of the country. Along with driving the
company’s growth, he is responsible for ensuring the interpretation of Insurance
is projected in the correct spirit through his actions. Rakesh has travelled
extensively for all claims of various Indian clients with interests overseas.
His experience has allowed him to operate in all major industry sectors -
pharma, power, manufacturing, infrastructure, oil and gas. He has developed
specialized experience in coal losses due to spontaneous combustion, one of the
few in the country. The complex nature of his exposure enables him to grasp
situations and interpret policy conditions without hassles. He is one of the few
adjusters in the region capable of handling and assessing large business
interruption claims as well as ALOP losses. Rakesh now handles high value claims
for all Insurers and is one of the preferred adjusters in the country for our
reinsurance partners, for solar and wind power plants.
