Rakesh has over 30 years of industry experience, of which he has spent over 20 years as a professional loss adjuster in the insurance industry. Atiq is an experienced hand in the insurance industry and has spent over 11 years in the field as an adjuster. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has further increased his insight on international business.
Atiq is currently the regional head of the Company for the Northern region of the India operations, handling five offices in the North. His past experience has enabled him to understand the intricacies of large losses in projects and operational assets. Mihir R Biswal DPE MBA FIII
Mihir is a Production Engineer with MBA in Human Resources and has over 25 years of experience as a professional loss adjuster in the insurance industry. He has handled large claims in Fire, Engineering, Miscellaneous departments and has vast experience in ALOP Risk inspections.
His varied experience has allowed him to operate in all major industry sectors including Steel, Aluminum, Thermal Power, Infrastructure and Projects particularly steel and power. He has also done major valuation jobs for Fertilizer and Cement Plants.
Mihir is currently the regional head of the company for the Eastern region, handling five offices in the East. He has been responsible for amicably settling some of the major cyclone claims in the 1999 Super cyclone and 2013 Phailin Cyclone for private as well as public sector underwriters.
